Brett’s integrity is second to none; he honors his word and does exactly what he promises. I was never left wondering what was happening, as he kept me updated via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp through every step (even the small ones). She’s been a well-known and trusted agent in Chapel Hill and Kenmore for years, and her deep knowledge of the local market really shows — she understands exactly what appeals to buyers in the area and how to position a home for the best result. I first met Liz at an open home about ten years ago and was struck by how warm, approachable, and generous she was with her time. When the time finally came to sell, there was never any doubt who I’d call. Grant helped me with my first ever property sale delivering an amazing sale price and making the process seamless. He communicated with me the whole way through and answered all my questions in s timely manner and explained the whole process and made it easy for me to understand and get through the process and forms and everything.
